Position requires experienced mental health professional to provide administrative and clinical supervision to outpatient clinicians working with adults in a CMHP. Supervisor will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Supervisor must be skilled in program administration. Clinical skills include assessment, engagement, case management, individual and group psychotherapy; knowledgeable in the philosophy of recovery; community consultation and technical assistance to other agencies. Duties include providing administrative direction, advice and consult on complex clinical problems, interpretations of laws and regulations, participation in the selection of new personnel, conducting performance evaluations, providing evidenced based practice training and fidelity monitoring and resolving grievance. Some travel between work sites. Excellent benefits.

Serve as office manager of Linn County Mental Health Services and as administrative assistant to program manager. Supervise office; implement office management policies and procedures; coordinate activities with departmental offices and programs; relieves program manager of administrative detail; and performs related duties as required. Essential functions include reception, clinical record management and third-part insurance billings. Supervise employees in the health office specialist classification and others as may be assigned.
