Immunization Programs

Overview

Immunizations are available for all ages from birth through adult.

Cost

Fees depend on whether clients have insurance that covers immunizations. A sliding fee scale is available for those with no insurance coverage for immunizations. Currently we do not bill insurance. No one will be refused services due to inability to pay. For any questions please call 541-967-3888 and request to speak to the immunization coordinator.
