Overview
Our Linn County Maternal Child Health Programs are designed as a continuum of services to support the health and well-being of pregnant women and families with young children in their early childhood.
Maternal Child Health Programs include:
- Babies First! for families with children birth to 4 years
- CaCoon Care Coordination for families with children who have special health care needs
- Healthy Start for first time parents in Linn County
- Linn County Postpartum Depression Prevention -Information, resources and local support
- Maternity Case Management works with pregnant women and their newborn baby
