POST AUCTION PROPERTY PRICING POLICY
Pursuant to ORS 275.200, any real property that remains unsold after a scheduled public auction may be sold by the County in accordance with the following provisions and the terms set forth in ORS Chapter 275.
The following provisions shall apply to any and all properties that fail to sell at a scheduled public auction:
1. For any property that fails to sell at a scheduled property auction, the Property Manager shall set the minimum sealed bid price at 10% less than the minimum auction price.
