Why put this data on the web?
Each week this office receives hundreds of phone calls.
Many calls are from professionals who rely on our services: Title Companies, Realtors,
Appraisers, Property Managers, etc. As we have reduced the number of employees in the
office it has become more difficult to maintain the level of service that taxpayers
expect.
The purpose for creating these WebPages is to take advantage of new
technology to provide a required service in a more efficient manner. By making basic data
about accounts available on the internet we expect to reduce the number of repeat visits
and calls made by professionals. This will free our staff to better serve property owners
with individual requests.
