Year Files - Each page contains data on sales occurring in that one calendar year. A full years data can be about 2 MB. To OPEN the sales file in your browser, left click on your choice of year. This may take some time.

Format	These files are in html format (.htm).
Data Description	Specifies data coding for Property Class, Improvement Type, etc.
Print	Warning: Don't use the Print button on your browsers toolbar or you will get the entire years sales. With your mouse select just the information you want to print. Select File\|Print from the menu and click on selection.
Search	Use the find option in your browser. You can search for any character string i.e. a name, a map, an address, etc. To search for comparables (see example 2), learn to use our type class system.
Example 1	Find sales on Belmont Street. In Internet Explorer use menu option Edit\|Find. Then type "Belmont" and press <ENTER>. Repeat find as needed.
Example 2	Find sales of Class 4 homes built from 1980 through 1989 on a residential lot. In Internet Explorer use menu option Edit\|Find. Then type "Type Class: 1480" and press <ENTER>. Repeat find as needed.

If you need to do more sophisticated searching or sorting, use a spreadsheet or data base with the database (DBF) format sale data.
