Reproductive Health HIV/AIDS programs include:

HIV Counseling and Testing

HIV counseling and testing requires approximately 15 to 20 minutes with a skilled HIV counselor. This private time with the counselor is client centered time which allows for discussion, goal setting and questions and answers followed by the test. Confidentiality is respected and expected. The client can schedule a test with a first name only.

The Test

Testing can be done with a blood test or oral swab sample. Ask your counselor which would be appropriate for you. Limited Rapid Testing is available. Call for information.

Results

It usually takes two weeks to get the results. Clients must return to the counselor to receive the results. No results are given over the phone nor by mail.

Rapid HIV testing results are available within 20 minutes.

Cost

The cost of the test is $32 (sliding scale). However, no one will be refused service for inability to pay.
