Nuestro programa incluye: h3>Enfermedades Comunicables

En el Programa de Enfermedad Comunicable, nosotros investigamos casos individuales y erupciones de reportes en condiciones y enfermedades comunicables. Esto ayuda a identificar erupciones y a controlar el esparcimiento de enfermedades. Tambi?n proveemos informaci?n al p?blico sobre enfermedades que no requieren ser reportadas.

Programas de Salud Pblica del Condado de Linn ofrece inmunizaciones para ni?os, as? como algunas inmunizaciones para adultos. Informaciones sobre inmunizaciones especificas esta disponible.

Preparaciones de Emergencia

Preparaciones de Emergencia envuelve planeamiento y preparaci?n para emergencias en la comunidad. Todos se beneficiaran al prepararse cuando un evento significativo que interrumpa una larga porci?n de nuestro condado o pa?s tome lugar.

WIC Nutrition Program

WIC Nutrition Program is a program of nutrition education, vouchers and referrals for low income pregnant, breastfeeding or postpartum women.

Reproductive Health

Reproductive Health offers birth control at low or no cost; female physical exams; STD testing and treatment for both males and females; pregnancy testing, as well as vasectomy counseling.

Maternal-Child Health Programs

Maternal-Child Health Programs provides access to programs designed to help pregnant women obtain care, education, infant assessment, parenting information, and referrals.

Tobacco Prevention

The focus of Linn County Tobacco Prevention and Education program is to eliminate and reduce exposure to secondhand smoke and to promote quitting. The program also helps to provide information and resources on Tobacco related state and local laws.


The wellness program promotes Disease prevention through community health promotion and education.

Vital Statistics

Vital Statistics provides for registration of births and deaths in the county or how to obtain copies of birth/death certificates.

Linn County Medical Reserve Corps

The Linn County Medical Reserve Corps (LCMRC) is a team of volunteers available to provide extra personnel in the event of a public health emergency or disaster. Volunteers come from a variety of professional backgrounds, from medical to administrative fields, and are trained by the LCMRC in emergency preparedness and response activities.
