Oregon Landlord Disclosure Law

As of January 1st, 2010, Oregon law requires landlords to notify tenants of their smoking rules as they sign new lease agreements. You can view the language of House Bill 2135 here.

The law states that the rental agreement "must include a disclosure of the smoking policy for the premises on which the dwelling is located."
