Facilities Management is a department of Linn County and provides a wide range of services to county employees and facilities including:

• Construction management
• HVAC/electrical maintenance
• Energy use/sustainability
• Interior finishes
• Grounds/landscaping
• Custodial services
• Telephone and security service
• County vehicle services
• Emergency response

Our Mission

The Linn County Facilities Management staff is committed to providing essential support services to county employees while maintaining an excellent standard of county facilities. We accomplish this by taking a proactive approach to building maintenance and continued improvement of facility management practices in order to provide an effective response in all situations.
