Transportation Programs

Albany Transit
Albany Transit operates three fixed-routes within the City of Albany with connections to the Linn Benton-Loop, the Linn Shuttle and the Coast to Valley Express. Service is available Monday-Friday between 6:25am and 7:00pm.

Albany Call-A-Ride
The City of Albany provides citywide curb-to-curb ADA paratransit/demand response service for Albany residents who are at least 60 years of age or have a disability that makes unable to access fixed-route service. To be eligible residents need to submit an application to the Albany Transit System. Service is available Monday-Friday between 6:25am and 7:00pm and on Saturdays between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Rides must be scheduled in advance. The Call-A-Ride program is staffed primarily by volunteers drivers and dispatchers.

Linn-Benton Loop
The City of Albany, as a contactor, operates the inter-city Linn-Benton Loop service connecting Albany and Corvallis. The Linn-Benton Loop is a unique partnership of the City of Albany, Linn County, Linn- Benton Community College, the Albany Area MPO, the City of Corvallis, Benton County, Oregon State University and the Corvallis Area MPO. Hewlett-Packard and Samaritan Health Services contribute to a group pass program. Service is available Monday-Friday between 6:25am and 7:00pm and on Saturdays between 8:00 am and 6:00pm.

The Linn-Benton Loop connects with the Linn Shuttle (at the Linn-Benton Community College Albany Campus) to provide service to East Linn County residents who wish to travel to Albany or Corvallis. It also connects with the Albany Transit System and the Corvallis Transit System.

Lebanon Dial-A-Bus
Lebanon Dial-A-Bus provides curb-to-curb service for older adults, people with disabilities and the general public within the city limits of Lebanon. Service is available Monday-Friday between 7:00am and 4:00pm. Rides must be scheduled in advance.

Lebanon Dial-A-Bus also operates a limited “deviated fixed route“ program called the Lebanon Loop. It runs a north to south route (primarily on Highway 20 (Main/Park) Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm. No reservation is required.

Linn Shuttle
The non-profit Senior Citizens of Sweet Home operates the Linn Shuttle fixed route service between Sweet Home-Lebanon-Albany. The Linn Shuttle connects with the Linn-Benton Loop (at the Linn- Benton Community College Albany Campus) to provide service to East Linn County residents who wish to travel to Albany or Corvallis. Seven round trips a day between Sweet Home-Lebanon-Albany with an additional 5 round trips between Lebanon and LBCC-Albany called the "LBCC-Lebanon Express". Service is available Monday-Friday between 6:30am and 7:30pm.

Sweet Home Dial-A-Bus
The non-profit Senior Citizens of Sweet Home operates the Sweet Home Dial-A-Bus which provides curb-to-curb service to older adults, people with disabilities and the general public within the boundaries of the Sweet Home School District. It also operates a limited "deviated fixed route" program within the boundaries of the City of Sweet Home. Dial-A-Bus Service is available Monday-Friday between 7:00am and 4:00pm. Rides must be scheduled in advance. The Sweet Home Shopper (deviated fixed route) is available Monday-Wednesday-Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm.

Cascades West Ride Line (Non-Emergent Medical Transportation)
Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments operates a Non-Emergent Medical Transportation program in Linn, Benton and Lincoln Counties. Curb-to-curb service is available to Medicaid-eligible and Oregon Health Plan-eligible residents who need transportation to access non-emergency medical services. Third-party contractors provide rides and, for qualified residents who use their own vehicle, mileage reimbursement is available. Residents who are interested in this program must first register with Ride Line. Rides must be scheduled in advance.
