Our MISSION is to increase public safety by coaching youth and families to make positive choices through education, skill building and community partnerships.
We present you with the opportunity to learn about our department processes, local resources available, and the vision that drives us to help create better outcomes for youth in our community. A Letter from Our Director
The Director of the Linn County Juvenile Department, Torri Lynn, wrote a letter to parents & guardians in an effort to raise awareness about recent changes in Oregon Law regarding juveniles and Marijuana use. We hope this letter encourages you to have conversations with your middle or high school aged teen about marijuana use and the fact that it remains illegal for juveniles to use or possess marijuana.

Are you interested in a member of the Linn County Juvenile Department presenting educational information to your community group or agency?
Our office will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2017 in observance of Martin Luther King JR Day. We will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, January 17, 2017.
