Records Requests

All juvenile records requests may be sent directly to our Juvenile Department Office Manager; Tracy Rieker

General Information:

• We do not release Police Reports.
• We do not release Mental Health Information, Assessments, Evaluations, etc.

Military Recruiters:

You should come to our downtown probation office in person to make such requests. If you have questions, or if you are out of the area, please contact our Office Manager prior to arriving.

If you are a Military Recruiter, and you bring a signed release of information from the young adult of record, we will release records for both informal and formal disposition(s).

If you are a Military Recruiter, and you do not have a release of information from the young adult of record, we will release records to you for formal disposition(s) only.
