Weddings

Marriage Licenses are not sold or issued by the Linn County Justice Court. You must contact the Linn County Clerk's Office at (541) 967-3829, 300 4th Ave Albany, Oregon to purchase a license.

The Justice of the Peace does not perform wedding ceremonies during office hours. Below is a list of Judges that may be available to perform wedding ceremonies. Please contact them directly to make arrangements.
